CAB Automotive Limited

CAB Automotive CAB Automotive, the British based world class automotive interior component manufacturer has recently installed four (4) DYNACLEAN Dry Filter Spray booth units at their Tipton, West Midlands Plant.

The new DYNACLEAN Spraybooths have been purchased by CAB Automotive to undertake the adhesive overspray control and collection for the fabbing of the interior vehicle trim components for the luxury car manufacturer Bentley Motor Car's assembly plant based in Crewe, Cheshire .

These units are fitted with the DYNACLEAN Energy Efficient Electrical Control System . The principle of the DYNACLEAN energy conservation system is that the spraying process is linked to the exhaust air system which only operates at full capacity when spraying is actually taking place and for a preset period after completion. During non-spraying periods the exhaust air system reverts to a reduced standby performance level which will evacuate any atomised paint residue and/or fumes from the facility whilst providing a considerable reduction in energy consumption and the associated costs.

The DYNACLEAN system achieves support and approval from the Enhanced Capital Allowance scheme with fiscal capital support on the original system purchase. The operational cost savings are achieved by reduced equipment running costs and heated air losses during non-spraying periods.

CAB Automotive Dry Filter Spray Booths West Midlands The DYNACLEAN Dry Filter Spray Booth has become established as a market leader in the control and collection of oversprayed adhesive. The unique features of the unit enable high levels of productivity and equipment utilisation to be achieved whilst meeting all the statutory levels of Health & Safety and Environmental Legislation both for the operative and surrounding work areas.

The adhesive spraying application process is comprehensively controlled by the DYNACLEAN Dry Filter Spray Booth and is supported by the in-process application of the DYNACLEAN peelable protection coating which considerably reduces operational maintenance of the unit and improves booth utilisation by reducing cleaning time and associated maintenance costs.

After equipment commissioning the DYNACLEAN engineers trained both the CAB Automotive operators and maintenance engineers to enable the spraybooth units to sustainably operate to the specified optimum performance levels.

The units are also supported by the DYNACLEAN after sales spraybooth maintenance and service contract which includes telephone support, regular site visits, priority consumables, filters and spares to maintain operational performance.
